Their recruitment to the firm is to be carried out in line with standards for impartiality and objectivity during the selection process. Subsequent coaching and training will be aimed at harnessing talent, cultivating skills and encouraging the best possible integration into the work teams.
Any professional service provided by Río Negro shall ensure objectivity and independent judgment.
Río Negro’s employees shall give the due respect and consideration to their clients and to their peers within their profession. Río Negro’s employees are to be committed to the development of the Company and protection of the work environment.
Río Negro’s employees are strictly required to respect confidentiality on the background, contents, results and outcomes of their professional endeavors, with the exception of those to which customers have given their explicit consent or cases envisioned by the law. Río Negro’s technical equipment is to be used by its employees for professional purposes exclusively.
Professional fees shall be contingent upon the degree of responsibility, experience and dedication of the hired employees. They are to be balanced and outlined in detail.
In addition to these internal standards, Río Negro’s professionals are liable to comply with general legal provisions as well as with norms and standards of their respective professions.
